Regulations for certain fish species

So is sneezing in public in some areas because you might frighten the horses being used for transportation. Believe it or not nonsense laws do exist, and haven't been changed. So a law existing isn't exactly a good argument for your point. It's a really flimsy one. I bet your breaking laws and don't even know it, many of us do. For instance hanging something from your cars windshield mirror is illegal. So unless you literally know every law where you live and in any area you've ever been to that's hardly a good point as your probably unknowingly a law breaker.lol! Plus your talking about changing the interpretation of the law so citing one that does exist, in defense is a poor argument. No one said animal abuse wasn't against the law, last time I checked you where talking about adding a regulation. At least that's what I thought. Ohhhh, wait I've got a better argument.lol! Nudity is against the law and since your home is not a lawless zone, you better not get nude in there ever again.lol! See I can play that game too.

No you can´t play it, because your arguments are pointless. It works fine here why shouldn´t it work in USA? Do you think americans are too stupid to understand such regulations? I doubt that. What you praise is anarchy. And thats not working. There is even a law here that can ban you completly to have any animal if you do animal abuse. And i support that.

Didn't you just find fault with aclockworkorange for personal attacks, as I see you insinuating that americans are stupid in there. Cause I'm pretty sure you don't really think I think americans are stupid, so it's a reasonable assumption to think you where resorting to insults. A sign that you previously stated was because someone had no logical thought to back themselves up, so aren't you being hypocritical? Also it's again a poor point to state something works in one place so it should work everywhere. Unless you believe that your country is the only one whose getting it right and there are no cases of animal abuse over there. Unless you can back up with statistics showing comparatively between the US and Germany to show it's working all we have is your word that it's more efficient than our laws. So like I said a very poor argument indeed. Also me saying I don't believe in the passing of a(key word meaning one) regulation you suggested hardly makes me an anarchist(which by the way was 2 personal attacks.lol) It just means I don't believe in every suggestion that everyone makes as far as passing a law. You seem to be getting bent out of shape easily with me. Are my arguments really that hard to counter?

Your argument is pointless, because you can't distinguish or understand why the so-call germany law only applies to "some" animal..

Perhaps, that law exist, because of people like you, and it works fine there, because of people like you...
 
well we already have powerful lobbys in the USA who want ban exotic pets completly. Its time to react and the reaction can't be that evrything should stay the way it is. We need regulations to stop abuses and show the public that there are reasonable fish keepers that do care or their pets. Thats my opinion. I don't care if you are against it. Reality speaks for itself.

Don't get too worked up Jlnuyen?lol! He seems to be under the impression that the laws over there are superior to the ones over here or anywhere, but has no proof or statistics to back his claim. As his only argument has essentially been it works over here, so it must be right. Without data to back the claim, his argument is moot.
