Regulations for certain fish species

You call people out on keeping fish in small tanks "animal abuse" yet you keep Endlis, Laps, and Ornates in a 90g tank. That's too small for of a tank to have all those species in. Don't say, "I'm going to upgrade" or "they are still small" because how do you know that the person keeping a RTC or Aro in that 75g isn't going to upgrade or maybe their fish are still small? You insulted people in the beginning how sand is unnatural and people abuse their Polys by keeping them so, yet you decided to get sand substrate for your new Poly tank. In essence, don't you are being hypocritical?

Not mentioned that he is rubbing our faces "HAHAHA! WE CAN KEEP SNAKEHEADS OVER HERE AND YOU CAN'T KEEP THEM IN YOUR COUNTRY!" and called our proud country stupid despite he used to live here.....
 
People who do not know how to properly keep fish usually dont stay in the hobby long. They get bored and move onto something else. Mostly responsible keepers are the ones that keep fish for more than a year. We pride ourselves on freedom in the US so I dont care what worked in other countries. Look at how many countries invaded other nations and tried to impose their way of life on the conquered lands. It never worked, the country is going to operate as it always had. You can not take one law that worked and apply it globally. Before you said if we were educated we wouldnt smoke or drink. I know all about the dangers of tobacco and I make the educated decision to keep smoking. I say educated because I know everything that I need to know, will I die before age 40? maybe but I still choose to smoke. Because I have the freedom to do so. When I smoke, I go away from people so I and I alone are the only people that suffer. We do not need more regulations in this country. My house might not be a lawless zone but it is my house and I will not welcome any government official or vet to come into my house. If I need big brother to check up on me all the time we might as well give up our freedoms and become a communist country, or better yet nazi germany. They seemed to do pretty well with regulating what the country should be allowed to do on our own. Germany is a great place. Stay there. Leave the political ideas to the people that inhabit and enjoy living in a FREE country
 
Just to point out, I don't really care what others think of my argument and if "personal" stuff detracts from it. It's an Internet forum, I'm not giving a speech to Congress. The OP doesn't get it no matter what, has no idea what a cycle even is and overstocks his tanks, and obviously dislikes America.
Yesterday, this was just something to do in between helping JK47 move some new tanks. ;)
