How Far would You go for your beloved Pet??

Totally agree, our pets are like members of the family. Wouldn't a father do anything he possibly could for his child?

no, family member like a cousin who lives with you yes, like your own child your birthed, HELL NO. you ever think about your mortality? you're not going to live forever and there's alot you can do with 60k.

who is any one to tell any other person what is or is not there family members.

Im sorry but I would do allot more fore my dog than i would even my siblings let alone a cousin.. you don't know any ones family, or how they feel about there pets.

most of my family is not worth the air they breath, so yes my dog is part of my family and I treat her like my child.

read again, i said not like your own child, not that it's not like your sibling

and yeah...i do know how people feel about their pets/family, you guys tell me on here every damn day. ever notice there's atleast 2-3 dog threads a week? def one of the top 5 reoccuring topics

it's pretty obvious that people place different value on different pets, some people view their fish as a family members while not caring to much about their cat, hamster, dog etc etc. Doesn't change the fact that most people would not drop 60k to get a pet back. easy to say now, but when put in the situation, i really doubt you'd drop 60k

ahaha i would be lucky to have ever made 60k in my life, but i would do anything and everything in my power for my dog.

of course I wouldn't be in this situation,..this thread is " How Far would You go for your beloved Pet??"

would I drop 60k? if i had it yeah, they don't say how much money the man makes,
but honestly if you are with someone who when you divorce, will take what is your just to stick it to you than its kinda your fault ;)

So right now today if your bank would loan you 60k, you'd drop that in court to fight an ex? I'd be in jail right now for whupping my exes ass and taking the dog by force. Sounds like I'd go far but not 60k cash far which was the thread topic

Story says the man used to work two jobs, not the mark of a man with deep pockets

you have no compassion bro, what are you a late bloomer to cat/dog ownership?!?!?!?!?!

I wouldn't drop $1000 let alone $60,000

But that's just me. I'm not a dog or cat person

That dog is worth more than 60,000 to that man you could not walk up and buy my doge EVER ive been offered 2,500 for my female pitbull i payed 20$ from my friends mom.Have you ever been emotionally attached to a animal or did you get into pet keeping as an adult?and just have not have been able to develop that thing called compassion

Im with you on this Sumo, I've had cats and a dog my whole life, dropped thousands on both, and will even admit the last time I balled like a baby was when my cat died six years ago, but for me people who are over the top with their pets are a real turnoff. I always wonder if they are as compassionate, patient, and loving towards their family and friends, as they are with their pets, I don't think so. These are the same people who drag their pets everywhere and mouth kiss their pets  I will have more pets in the future, but dont plan to go cuckoo over them.
