I have a few tanks I grow fry out in that I leave the algae growing and they eat off of it.
You should at least get a 40 gal breeder if your gonna be really breeding again in the future...Good luck with your breeding and post pics of the fry.

I was confusing you with the OP. I meant that the OP was being unreasonably hostile (which he was), not you.
I wasnt breeding anything nor do i plan on breeding any flowerhorns anytime soon. Also i have lots of tanks larger than 40 gallons fish was 2 inches when this post was started.
You need to get a life. You jumped on a post that had no need for you to. My fish is doing great,my water is fine and i dont have issues with tank sizes so there was no need for your comments. You have to first make sure you have a tank large enough for the fish you have before you worry about mine. You just wont let this post go. my 3 inch flowerhorn is now in a 20gallon long when he get 4 inches 29gallon high 5inches 55gallon 6 inches +75 gallon. I have almost 20 tanks running right now and 20+ years keeping fish. I didnt ask for or need help with my fish from you, just posting a pic. You stated in another post (where you got blasted for bashing a kid on his tank size when your tank is to small for your fish) that you werent a adult so i have been keeping fish prob as long as you have been alive. Iwas hostile because of the smug comments on not just this post but another from the same person. You need to do less cheerleading and bashing and spend more time caring for your own animals. Start by rehoming that aro or getting a bigger tank. Sorry guys but this kid is plucking my nerves

Sorry, after your first sentence, I decided reading your post wasn't worth my time. But it seems like most of what you said has already been adressed, anyway, so rather than continuing to beat a dead horse, I'm just going to leave you and your ridiculous attacks alone.

i bought my 2nd FH from the same Petsmart i got my 1st Red Dragon. it was labled as just a FH. here are some updated pics of them. it's weird, sometimes the strips are really faded & then there are times they get really dark.

It might be the PK strain sold as RT but the caudal eye is throwing me off. Might be something else that got mixed in the flowerhorn bin at Segrest.
