I would catch a 13lb channel cat the day i forget the good camera. 29" and 13.09 lbs. Not a personal best but a damn fine channel catfish. This male was all muscle. by far the biggest i have ever seen. The 13.75lb female i caught back in oct 10' was all belly. And no i didnt kill this one, i zeroed the scale with a bucket and weighed him that way.

No one answered my question about the addition of fountains to the small pond I fish! I trying looking it up couldn't really fond anything on it.

jp i've fished some ponds that have fountains and what i've noticed is at first the fish may spread out a bit differently just in the general vicinity of the fountain but over the course of a few months they settle. shouldn't affect the rest of the pond other than them being spooked by the construction for a little while - they still gotta eat though!

I also don't think it would affect fishing much. Fountains are typically in the middle in deep water away from all structure and forage anyhow. Just experiment and see what works.
