A catfish that's been cut up is one thing. Idt i could eat my fish like in those pics. that seems disturbing.

I'm confused why this site supports sports fishermen who eat wild animals vs tank raised animals. What would you say is better for wild populations??? The basic act of stocking for fishing is so damaging to ecosystems.
 
Tojo you're cracking me up with all these fish eating threads. Seriously wouldn't you find more info on a cooking forum or something? I would eat a Monster RTC if we suddenly had the "zombie apocalypse" but not just because.
And dude what about all the big pacus and catfish and oscars on craigslist that are "free to good home"? Are those legitimate grocery items? Honestly I'm curious.

haha,well im not a lover of eating fish. oscars i HATE and have played around about eating,my dads since i was a kid. once we had him inn anet to cook but then,my,mom walked in. i have no desire to eat my,pets or any,one elses. just thought it'd be cool to share the,way ive found to keep rtc and still be humain about it

I agree, on this sight maybe 1/3 of RTC owners are ready for the fishes adult size. Eating them seems like the best end game.

Agreed. With a fish that gets as huge as an RTC, you need to have a massive tank or pond so I can understand, to a point, eating it as long as he's not a pet and you can no longer house it properly.
