No. Is this a picture from Hudson in Brazil? If so, I've seen this fish before and asked for more info and they couldn't provide any. In the first picture its face looks kind of like Hoplarchus, but the profile view in the second photo looks very much like a form of Hypselecara.
Yes, the pics are from Hudson Goncalves thread on SimplyDiscus. In fact, I read your query about it and Hudson's reply . I'd really like to see this fish made available, whatever it is.

It proves that there are a lot of fish out there that we've maybe never seen. I tried to see if Hudson would export some, but he basically said he only did discus and angels. It's a shame.
I don't know much about H. coryphaenoides, especially the wild adults. Maybe that's what it is, just with more color?

I moved the three larger fish from Jeff (about 4") into my 150 to grow out. That left me with three smaller Heroina from Jeff in one tank and four smaller Heroina from Dan in another tank. I decided to mix them tonight. Here are a couple of lousy videos of the ensuing dominance displays. You can see the dominant fish have a great blue sheen in their dorsal and bright red eyes.

The color on the dominant fish is amazing. Chest is turning red too. What's the growth rate like?
