Damn, I live in a food desert.

I got sick from what I believe to be the tangy onion ring sauce one time and couldn't eat at bk for like 3 years. Just driving by and smelling the air made me feel sick. Same with farmer boys

But I hardly ever eat there anyways. I'm trying to crack the 5% so I'm staying clean

5% is pretty intense. I think I am around 10% to 15% body fat, and going lower is pretty serious business. You compete or just want to look good for the summer?

man, i go to work and you guys destroy maxx's thread. can't have any fun on mfk anymore, griping about monster energy drink and diet has taken over the lounge! posting a superbowl commerical to lighten the mood

Hey, I'd do it for you! As a former fattie, I've got fat loss down to a science! 50 pounds gone. Hard to lose much more without my face getting kind of skeletal and creepy, so I'm staying at this weight. But, yes, it did cost more than living on soda and Jack in the Box tacos. Couldn't have done it without real food, though. I was always trying to be fit. I'd do push-ups and other strength exercises throughout my youth, and I was extremely strong, but I was always eating fake food so the fat would not go away. Didn't figure it out until just a few years ago.

I just say, that evryone gets what he pays for. You go to Burger King, you pay to buy garbage, you get served garbage.

Well, if you can´t afford good quality food, thats not my problem

You're entitled to your opinion, but the way you express it makes people kind of dislike you. Because you have this attitude that you're better than everyone else for not eating fast food and for choosing to eat bread at the bakery instead. Who cares man? Just let other people eat what they want instead of ridiculing them about it. It reminds me of one of my old co-workers who always use to tell me the food I was eating was going to kill me because it was spicy. Just let me eat my food in peace and don't talk **** about my food while I'm eating it. That's all the manners I expect from someone now.

The problem with all this social garbage is that you think he needs to care whether or not people like him. Humans on the whole are untrustworthy, violent morons. Why try to impress them with how nice you can be? I'd rather be hated for telling you the truth than pretend it's okay to eat poison so you like me. Food is not religion, and you should be stronger than the social pressure to eat fast food is. Does he sound aloof to you? Maybe it's because he's making you face the mistakes you are making and you don't like it. I'd recommend growing up and stop playing games about people having to be nice to each other. This is the real world. Poison is poison. Straight up. If that truth scares you, take it out on yourself, not on the messenger.

Or do what other grown-ups do. Ignore him, dismiss what he says, and stick to your guns.
