Make tobacco illegal because cigarettes get loaded with rat poison and other foreign chemicals and inhaled? What about pipe/cigar smokers who don't inhale, rarely get disease and aren't addicted? Maybe we should make cars illegal too. They kill more people than anything and those punks supe them up and race!

You're right that's crazy. Equally crazy painting all tobacco as cigarettes, which do serve their masters a purpose: they love em. I chose not to smoke cigarettes for obvious health risks. Why should all tobacco suffer? What about cultural practices on Native American reservations?

In other words, you can't take my tobacco pipe because someone died from smoking related illness. You can stop unfair advertising to minors and trendies & cover ups of clinical studies, but why would you make an American tradition illegal for everyone. And I'm considered a friggin liberal. Yeesh.

You should see how bad it gets in the early morning with even worse things (pictures)!!!

My grandpa used to smoke camels, my whole side of my moms family smoke besides my mom. I personally don't like smoke what so ever it burns my eyes like onions . I do however want to get into cigar collecting...

Not a smoker, never will be. I am dating one though. Its kind of frustrating sometimes. He's started rolling his own cigarettes with pipe tobacco though and has himself convinced that its harmless to smoke those cigs. Any validity to that? I don't know, I haven't bothered to look into it. Makes no difference one way or the other, really. He's still gonna smoke em and I'm still gonna hafta put up with it. Just a curiosity.
