Really made up for you.
The pup looks beautiful, very much like a Marble at the moment.
Don't dwell too much on the loss of the little male, this often happens with the first litter.
I'm very pleased with the Mother, she has developed into true AAA quality, always nice to see one of your own pups doing so well not to mention becoming a Mother...fantastic!!
Keep us updated, this is an exciting cross for many ray keepers on here.

Good that the pup is feeding so soon after birth, sounds like that's one strong little ray....good luck with it!
You mentioned more movement in the female,anymore pups? My guess is it was stretched\ loose skin rippling, can give the impression of pup movement.
 
No more pups but put up a divider today as the pearl is a little too clumsy around the little girl and I don't want her to get hurt, I will have to set up my fish room that I keep threatening if they continue to breed. The wife is coming round to the idea....cute pups helped plus her seeing Aquamans cool facility.
