I just read through the whole thread...amazing!

Thanks for the patience to go through all of that...

You are too modest, it's looking a lot better than "decent."

Thanks. Perhaps, but I know growth could be better. I am a harsh self critic :)

That is the best looking tank on this site.

Not sure I want to go that far :) Many nice tanks here.. I can't go from too modest to best on site in one go like that...lol

Gorgeous!

Thank you, thank you...

Thank you for sharing and please keep us posted.

It is my pleasure. I think you will see updates from time to time :)

Its looking nice! Just thought the Cuba would be better by now, or did you replant it?

Hi, there is no cuba in the tank...I removed the clover carpet. I have replaced with the hairgrass on the right, and the new carpet plant is elatine tiandra, which you can see in the front on the left. That needs a few weeks to grow in and carpet.

Thanks for the kind words...

Oh sorry! Seemed like Cuba...

Nevertheless its a very nice aquascape, which is interesting all around.

Can I ask you for a general shot (like those for a contest), to see the depth of the tank.

If you ever need to replace that Mag Drive 18, consider using the Laguna Max Flo 1500. It puts out 15GPH more than the Mag Drive at 5' of head pressure and it uses 45 watts less (100 watts versus the Mag's 145). The Lagunas are very quiet, reliable pumps. I'm using their 4200 model and I love it. I'm not affiliated with Laguna or the website I referenced, but when I saw that you are running 8x39 lighting, I figured you would want to save on your electric bill wherever possible. =)

The 1500 is on sale right now for $116.95 here: http://www.azponds.com/New_webpages/New_subpumps_Classic.html

Hi and thanks for sharing this info....

I am happy so far with the mag and is nice and quiet, but am all for checking out lower watt usage...

The ATI fixtures iirc run at lower wattages as well.

Sorry, but I thought that is the type of picture I was providing :)

You will have to be more clear.

Remember that the tank is designed for 360 viewing, so there is no 'background' to speak of....

The tank is large/wide and the camera viewfinder not so much, so that does not help. Neither do the lack of photography skills of the poster :)

Let me know more of what you want and I will try to provide it.

Tank looks stunning!
How bout some more pics at the year mark?
Any cory additions?

Thanks for checking in again! Appreciate the compliment...It is starting to look better consistently and the fish are really healthy which is the whole point...

More pics at the 1 yr mark fer sure.

Still looking to increase my small school of cory arcuatas....

I see lots of common species but I like the ones I have and want to have the single school if I can...
