I am currently watching the Olympics in China...I have to say, it was the best broadcast I have seen in years. Really puts NBC to shame. I think I saw more Americans compete and take medals than I would have in the States. I think Americans were the only ones who missed the live coverage of 100 meter finals and all the swimming finals.

That might or might not be true but if the athlete is representing his county then the win or loss should not be counted for another.regardless of where he studies or trains....

He still had to work hard for that medal, he hasn't been in the US his whole life, only the past few years. I think the country of Granada deserves that medal, and I am an American.
