Leopard ctenopoma tankmates

They are such an awesome fish. I have 1 mixed in with mainly catfish and loaches. Raphael Cats, Berneys, Tandanus, Hoplo, Bumblebee Cats, Clown Loaches, Zebra Loaches, Pakistani Loaches, Peacock Eel, Lizard Fish, Black Calvus

Wow... how big is the tank? Oh yeah, how long does a juvie leopard ctenopoma take to grow into its adult size? ANd how many leopards can I keep in a 36g?

I read that they can be a little aggressive towards their own species, so it might be better to just have one in your tank

Anything of similar temperament and size will do fine.

Mine has done well in pairs with an EBJD takemate, Brown African Knives & Severums

Yeah it's a ctenopoma it's about 4". My guy is really dark cause I use black sand. If you use lighter substrate it will be brighter an the spots will show more. They are great fish.

I see... but won't the knifefish try to eat it? It is a lot bigger thNan the ctenopoma right?

Mine gets along just fine with a butis butis EBJD 3 geos and a L114 anything that it cant fit in its mouth and as long as he/she can hide your good.
