Thats a lot of turnover, more the better. Fx5 all day

I agree totally!

I have to ask. why dont you want to use a canister? What about a sump/wetdry?

I would love to use a canister, but because the tank is in my living room and it's on an old dresser (filled with china), there is no room for the canister. I also have 2 yr old twins running around so I can not have it on the floor, otherwise there would be water all over the floor :)

I am going to have to agree with the others on here. Get AC110's. 2 for your 90g and then keep both HOB's that you have already for the 60g. Clean water, clean water, clean water.

Dual 110s is the way to go, I'm running those on my 55 with my oscar and HRP. I'm also running 2 canisters (eheim 2026 and an aquatop cf400 UV), just because I want to build up the bio for when I upgrade to my 75.

Overfiltration is the way to go, cleaner water for the fish, fewer water changes for you (tho I still do weekly 50% changes)
