Because your fish die before they get even remotely close to that size, at least the guy in the vid got it to a few feet, yours didn't even hit 8". If your fish all stopped dying, started growing, and actually achieved this size, which many of yours are capable of, what then? You will be 30x worse then the guy in the video because you will have 30 of these large fish in too small of tanks. Which would never happen, because, back to the main problem; your fish are unhealthy and drop dead long before reaching even mature size. Go ahead, prove me wrong, all you need is a pic of one large growing fish at mature size, that you raised from small.

I have about a dozen of adult Azul that I've grown the past few years. I have a 36in barramundi that I've grown for about 3 years, from 24in to 36in, and another 36in barramundi that I've grown for 1.5 years from 30in, plus another dozen of adult arowana that I've kept since about when I joined MFK. Is that good enough for him or you to produce a picture? Start searching!

Well then I guess my flaming went too far, but half of it is still relevant. You can't accommodate many of the fish you own at full size, even you must realize that. And that's why you are like the guy in the video, because if your large fish did actually achieve their potential size, your fish would look just as cramped.

Btw what's the max size of barramundi?

When I first jointed MFK, my biggest tank was 100gallon, and I had only 2 tanks, 40gallon was the other tank. Do you have any idea how many tanks and how many 600gallon tanks do I have now?

No, but I'd like to know. I shudder at your maintenance and admire you for sheer manpower. But if they are not as bad as we are describing, maybe some updated full tank shots of all your tanks would prove us wrong. I'll show mine if you show yours lol
