Cat litter next to fish tank problem

If the dust coming from the litter is so bad that the environment is deemed uninhabitable. That you would suffocate and die if you stayed in the room. That your nose is bleeding and it weighs half a pound because its clogged with dust. And theirs more dust than air. Would this adversely affect my aquariums in any way?

I think any dust in such a concentration that it is more concentrated than air would be a bad thing, litter or otherwise
 
Try changing it once in awhile.... Or get dust free litter.

so your 10G smells like sewage, and your cat box makes the room it's in uninhabitable...

you should stop keeping animals until you learn how to do it.
