I can't wait how their coloration develops. I hope it becomes blood red like the ones Mike showed. You can see the pale piranha's bottom fin is slowly getting the red.

Yeah they just need some time. Im also thinking the substrate color change might be a factor to their colors being a little off. The red isnt too hard to get man, just feed shrimp with shell (with head if you can find it), pellets, and ive even fed my piranha carrots before.

Yea leslies Pfs is pretty whitish, also, as they age they lose their bright red bellies a tad.

BTW did I just see like 5 teddy bears next to your tank? Lmao

It's the glare from my gfs collection. I won all that from the annual local fair in California. Lol one is gigantic...with all that space, I can add another tank >.<

Mine do but they leave a little behind which is a pain cleaning out.....what heaters are u running?

I have the black plastic one which is 250 watts I think. It was perfect for my 90 but it was coming on a lot on the 125, so I figured upgrade or I may have a blowout....to many fish lost to heater failure:

It's a beast, I could easily beat someone to death with that thing lol, and I think its sturdy enough to handle that...

Nice! It's so hot here that the heater nevers come on and water is from 80-84F by it self.
