I tried moving my 265 with 4 people and it didn't work out. Luckily I was able to reseal it however it is not worth the risk. I would try to find help and those 4 wheel moving dollies.

I don't think there's really an efficient way. If there aren't many stairs and you have lots of room around corners dollies are great... but that's about as good as it gets. When I bought my 180g (it's built of 1/2" glass, with a 1" bottom piece) it weighed something like 550lbs. I'm pretty average build, and I brought a very strong friend with me. Luckily the guy I bought it from was a bull. He carried it vertically up the stairs by himself, with guidance from my friend (it was a very narrow stairway). It was probably the most impressive feat of strength I have personally witnessed. Getting it into my place was MUCH easier than getting it out of where I bought it from. Good luck!
+1 we moved a 500g with 3 guys without much dificulty using the dollys. i moved a 180 around in my house with only towels under.
I didnt have to lift a single on of the three straight up in the air (240&150 are both acrylic and are relatively light). If youve ever walked an appliance across the floor thats how i did it off the truck and slid down hall and walked up on to the stands. The 240 had to go through a window on tk the stand. Piece of crap cake lol but no bs here as all were done by myself. Believe me or not but all my tanks are on stands and none were helped with as im too impatient to wait for someone to come help me out.

Man your an animal, I carried a 55 up my stairs under the influence and put a few holes in the drywall. Lol.
