I got to it today and i set up the smapping turtles tank. No complaints on the whole turtle situation please. They will be skipped over. But, the stock in this tank is the snapper, all my 1/2"+ convict fry, Two rosey red minnows. And A bunch of Snails. Gonna pick up some more rosey reds tommorow. He has not stopped basking. He also swims up to the glass and follows me around. Hes already associated me with food. He isnt seeming to catch any of the fish yet. Tell me what you think of the setup. I know its a little deep, but if it were shallower the fish or filter couldnt have been in the tank.
I really want to get another turtle. Thinking about a eastern or southern painted pair. Or possbibly musks. I was going with a river look with this and i honestly like this alot more than most ive seen.
