Tank isn't tall enough for angels. Omg you should have seen me when I first saw my friends 180g angelfish tank. His angelfish are over a decade old. Their HUGE. You cannot put a full grown angelfish in that tank. I mean I'm not saying its cruel I'm saying its impossible. The laws of physics wont allow it. They can get almost 2 feet tall including streamers. Same size as an oscar. About 18" tall (that's including streamers), 10" long and 1" thick around the body. That was the size of his biggest angel. It just died last year. Before I made an account on mfk. But he still has all his other angels. Unless they died within the past week or two as we haven't spoken in quite a while.
I would +1 the previously mentioned river setup. Id say some butterfly hillstream loaches (or kuhlis), cory cats (or upside down catfish the nigriventris sp not the bigger 1), german rams (or cockatoo cichlids), and maybe some rummynose tetras. Personally id add another something temporary because I have taller and bigger tanks I could transfer later on. Id add 1-3 angelfish buying them at nickel size. But if you don't have any more suitable and taller tanks this is a no-go. Note that I said "suitable" which doesn't mean stick it in a african cichlid in which it would likely die from fin rot because of the nippy nature of africans. And the ph spike could stress it. Or put it in your predatory peacock bass tank and expect it to do FANTASTIC! Slight exaggeration intended.
