Is this hole in the head?

I think my blood parrot has it but I'm not sure. She hasn't eaten in a while and these patches of sores developed on her head. Also, I'm not talking about her nostrils(or whatever they are) but the sores located between her eyes.

Poly ornate(8")
Four line pim(4")

I will check my params when I get back from school. Tank is a standard 75G (48"x18"x21") filtration is a global 405 and G3. WC done weekly 20-30 percent.

i don't know what that is but if it's acting strange or sickly I would quarantine anyways. That way, you wouldn't endanger the other fish if it is something
