Prolly had just enough dirt inside there that wouldn't allow the motor to spin under load... All it takes is some time and patience, saved urself 50-85 bucks tho

No idea. Cleaned it meticulously and was givin it ONE MORE shot to see. And it finally came back hahah so just gonna run with it. Thanks everyone for the help

When I cleaned mine I notice there is an arrow on both the impeller and the motor. I lined them both up and no problems at all.
It's been back up and running for a while now. Thanks though
