*LONG STORY READ IF YOU CAN MUCH APPRECIATED* (i might've explained a bit in the video so no big deal actually so skip to video then!)
Hey fish peoples I had a mad impulse buy got me some baby dats to grow out. I did do you research previously just for fun like always but never wanted to jump the gun since whenever i saw them they were going for $50-70 for 3" and I'm like nah! But then my favourite place got babies for $8! so i had to buy two! unfortunately the next day they had a black friday sale (weird because i'm in Canada) and they went for $6 so i bought another since i read aggression may be an issue with two. So i started with three and super tiny so best of luck for me! They are supposed to be wild caught but no idea what kind he just called then 6 bar dats and labeled as Datnoids Sp. I read they are tricky to get off live but right after acclimating the first day the two ate bloodworms off the start (not anxiously just casually scavenging) Next day they ate frozen brine shrimp at at least one i saw eat crushed NLS PELLETS!!! whooo and today was eating from the water column and more nls. So ones a golden boy anyways! sorry for the ramble I hate leaving out details story can be fun!
Please leave feedback I love it! PS slow growers so lots of time for upgrade so none of that please. (i was planning on selling down the road anyways for a decent profit! If not i'll just have to keep upgrading
