Things I've noticed while the GF is out of town.

Same here, my wife works nights then wants to sleep till 12 the next day. Shopping? Huh. I think its just a female thing they all do it and it takes forever. Just look around the next time your out at the mall or whatever. Its guys following girls around carrying the bags, paying for everything!
But I have to say I wouldn't have any other way. My wife and kids are my life without them I would have no direction, they keep me going.

As much as I can complain about some of the things my wife does, I have to honestly admit that she's turned me into a much better man than I would be if she hadn't been there the last decade.
 
I just spent all day shopping and going down every damn aisle of a dozen stores and forgot all about the pot hoes I was suppose to buy

Atleast she's in the kitchen now makin some bomb arse enchiladas to make up for it

At least your girl cooks for you, mine has an important job as shipping manager for the internet sales distribution center for one of the largest dept stores in the world and is currently working 12-14 hrs/day everyday, so I'm almost single, except for the benefits that come with being unattached...at least I have plenty of time to MFK and play PS3
 
I envy you, I was just whining to mad maxx that I bought halo and black ops 2 last Thursday and haven't even opened them and had just spent my day off running errands and building a damn gingerbread house! FML!

Eh it's good and bad, I've been playing a lot of borderlands 2, but am missing out on that special favor. When she goes to sleep at 8 and is up at 3 there isn't much time for those types of things when you have a kid in the house. We had to schedule it the other day in between me getting home from work and going to class by sending him outside to play for a bit.
 
Dude really? I have some of the best times with my bros kicking it straight girl-less! Trust me there will be a time when you value your personal time!

Hopefully she doesn't have you too bent, because when it takes another person to make you happy, you know its not healthy, don't get me wrong I love my girl, but I also love my space and not having to please someone, just chilling in my boxers watching f1 or firing up the 360 with drink in hand, that is when I relax..!


+ she hates all my friends anyways lol...

When my Mrs was out of town with jr. for half a week I spent all my free time on my couch with nothing but my skivvies on and a cooler full of beer next to me so I didn't even have to get up for a refill. I love her to death, but also love my free time as well. I kinda hate to admit it, but I like when she goes to bed early like she just did cause it's now 8:45 on a Saturday night and I'm on my own from now on.
