That's true. Its funny you said that cause my used be like he could afford to pay for high end name brand clothes like true religion ect. But he couldn't buy the sidekick.

does anyone here really know the laws in Ψαλιφορνια?
probably what it is is that you've agreed to pay whatever kohls feels is reimbursement, possibly with a fine. that's why you had to sign, not him. illegal for minors to enter into contracts. this way if they need to take you to court over it, they have your siggy that you already agreed to pay.

Yea thats the reason why it was the dumbest thing I have ever done in my life! I signed the paper work. I contemplated about signing it, but like I stated my cousin begged me to sign it so he wont go to jail. He said he will keep his words, which is to pay any civil restitutions charges.
