Help, rescued flowerhorn with bloat!!!!!!!!! URGENT HELP!!!!!!

I was at petsmart and they had a very low quality flowerhorn with bloat. They said I could have it for free... so I set up an emty 10 gallon and put a topfin 30 from one of my other tanks on it. I just put him in the tank like 15 minits ago and it is swimming aroung. i got some epson salt from the grosry store so how much should I add for a 10 gallon? it is about 2.5 inches. the peaople at petsmart said it was healthy when they got it. i also bouht some frozen peas that i will cut up and feed to it. and this happened. my petsmart is actuly decent and has clean tanks, this was just an exption... HELP!!!!!!!!! I will post pics VERY soon...:feedback::help2:!!!!
 
Prazi-pro.. if things have changed much... iir that was the only thing we didn't run in our systems when I worked for one... I would lean towards IPs if they in general carry healthy stock.

The only good LFS around me only sells saltwater so chains are my only choice...

I used some life guard that i had leftover beacause it treats the infections that cause bloat/dropsy. i also added 1 tea stoon of epsom salt. i am hoping he pulls though beacause i really could use some more fish for my 120 gallon... even tough he is low quality i like the little guy...
