My 180 broke upstairs in Apt.

Those commercials are so annoying!

The flex seal will only temporarily seal the crack but the weight of the water (gravel, etc.) will put a lot of pressure on the glass since its not directly supported underneath the tank. (Assuming its glass). Your insurance deductible will be more than the cost of a new tank.... Something to consider.

Acrylic or glass tank? Theres no repairing glass cracks unless you replace the entire bottom sheet. If its acrylic u have a bad stand and need weld-on glue products and a drill to fix the tank. Also fix the stand. Think we need more info but if its glass ur probably already cleaning up that mess

oooooooooooohhhhhh,
impending Doom.

Still holding strong its glass. Checked it this morning. Going to keep an eye on it just incase I see leaking but do you think I should put on an extra coat of this stuff on?

Everybody's advice is saying that this is going to go poorly. So no. An extra coat probably won't help. And "keeping an eye on it" really won't help! It's not like you're going to see a problem slowly developing--you're way more likely to hear something that sounds like a gun shot and then suddenly be in the worst week of your life.
