How long could one last in a 75 gallon?

Depends on the size you get then at...male or female. I would have no problem keeping a male in a 75 for a couple years maybe longer.

i will get it at around 1"-2"

Can I keep a Frogmouthouth Catfish, Jag, Freshwater lion and a silver dat in a 125?

Or maybe just a jag and an oscar? Would the previous work? What about this?

Or would just a jag and a lima shovelnose be ok ina 125?

Jag sizes vary quite a bit between male and female. Males can get a monsterous 16" were as females generally stay around 12" and nowhere near as robust. I own/have owned in the past several Jags and have found this species of Parachromis to be quite excepting of tankmates. With overfiltration it may very well be possilbe for a Female Jag, Oscar, Lima, and ST to coexist. Provided they are of equal sizes and have mild temperments. The ChaCha (frogmouth) however might be a stretch. Not because of size but it will probably not eat pellets nor compete with the larger fish for feeders. In other words - the Lima,Cichlids, and Datniodes might eat all his food.
The Lion or Stone fish is definately out of the question as they require higher amounts of salinity - Brackish Water.

My jag is in a 180 with a gar and a tsn. They are just fine been together since they were all small. But as stated they range from mild to mean. I will say my jag wont allow anything else in the tank now he is like the tsn bodygaurd or something. My avatar is my jag and is about 9 inches and got him at about 2inches. And have had him almost a year so not growing super fast but not to slow either.

As far as diet, I feed mine Hikari bio gold plus and krill once a week. I would like to have them on a couple pellets and the krill. They are carnivores so keep that in mind. Tank size has already been answered as full grown adults I would say a 125, if you want more fish then a larger tank would be best. I have never seen one larger then 16 in.
Mine refuses pellets he’s still a baby is there any way I can get him to eat pellets
