Starve him, switch him over to New Life Spectrum or Hikari Cichlid Gold as its much better for him than Grand Sumo.

i got this guy at a place called 405 tropical fish store. i get everything i need from them basically. my go to lfs.
alright will do. i'll give that a shot. thanks for the advice. so his staple should be either nls or hikari cichlid gold? and the grand sumo can be used from time to time?
lol i never knew it sucked that much. i know people who use only grand sumos. you think i should stay away from chingmix and alife as well and just stick with nls and hikari gold?

I been going to 405 Tropical for decades (literally decades) I designed his business cards and our family owned print shop printed them when he first opened up over 20 years ago haha. Don (the owner) gives discounts for cash purchases, gotta love that =)
