hey all got a bit of a dilema, my midas have free swimming fry in my community tank for the 4th time, i enjoy having pairs but what do i do with the babys? first lot i left in the tank and got eaten, second lot never quite made free swimming dunno why. 3rd spawn were born on christmas day and are currently in a different tank about a hundred strong at 8-12mm, im not sure what to do with them! lfs are willing to take them once they reach 4-5cm, how much (if anything) should i request for them, is it worth it? should i buy a 100g grow out for babys? i have a pair of flowerhorn coming which i plan to breed and my dovii have been un-succesfully spawning aswell... maybe i could just throw all the fry in a heavily decorated 100g as a free for all and if they survive sell the winners/nost dominant killers?

on top of my current fry i have new free swimmers today! do i leave them in the comm as feeders, feed them to there older siblings or what lol! gonna end up with a fish farm!-) here some pics of the new lot, enjoy.

they should be worth something because i heard the black on the midas is a rare feture

I like that male a lot. How big is he?

Where in the uk are you?
I think you should give a few away before they all get eaten ;)

Not sure what adults are worth but even at 50p a fish you should get a few quid taken off your next purchase

Swap them for food that's what I used to do with guppys and bristlenose before I went monster
