Don't know anything specific about that food, but New Life Spectrum is an excellent brand. Not saying there aren't other quality brands, but that is what I use.
Omega One is also supposed to be pretty good for your Africans. You can also supplement their diet with treats like shelled peas, a wedge of cucumber, blanched spinach leaves... all kinds of stuff, really.
i feed mine pellets, spirulina, brine shrimp, bloodworms, and the occasional ghost shrimp (just to watch them chase those buggers down ). pellets in the am then rotate through the spirulina, shrimp, and worms in the pm. all my fish are healthy, bright, and active.
I've used the jar on the left (yellow) but in flake form. It's much higher quality than the tetra flake, but I've long since switched to NLS. Hikari pellets are awesome food for CA/SA cichlids, but I've not heard much about it for Africans... Probably too high in protein content.
