For the Love of God Name My Fish!

It's an all too common mistake of fishkeepers new and old...To Jigoe,no one means you any harm or disrespect,it's just that most of us take fishkeeping seriously around here and we really care about a fish's well being.
Yeah Oscaroo, problem is there is only one actual fish tank Market I know in my area. And all I have for choices are what I see there. I ask for the names and they give them to me in Chinese, it doesn't translate so that I can do research. I just liked it, I bought it. It is just my luck I so happened to buy a fish that will grow to be larger then my actual fish tank. But I guess now I know.
since you live in china you should just release it back into the waters there, the pollution will make quick work of it.
Remember to treat fish just like any other animal. You wouldn't walk into a pet store a and just buy any puppy, for all you know it could be a Great Dane--which is fine if you can handle it--but that's a lot of dog for a majority of people.
FYI I have 4 Alligator 2 Feet alligator Gar I have kept for about a year. I feed them once every two weeks , they have managed to stay the same size nearly. From what I know they grow just as big as the Arapaima.

I have heard a couple of story's about eating aquarium fish and the chemicals used to control the water are toxic to humans and make you very sick...
