Been over a day and there all looking brownish (fertile) some white but I know that's normal

Ok so today all of them are hatching but for some reason u can't see the embryo in some eggs do u thing they were fertilized a little later than the others

No its like the egg isn't hatched but there's no embryo or lil fish is it it's got the gray color just no lil guy in it

Let them all hatch...probably your eyes are deceiving you, since the eggs you describe have not fungued...
The egg may have hatched already you can't see the split on the other side of the egg facing away from you. Get a magnifying glass and look very close.
I can see it clear as day I know when there split u can't even see them with out the wiggler in it
