I'm going out to visit my parents, and they have a fish they want to send home with me. I was thinking of just shipping it to myself the day I leave, but then I thought... Could I take it with me on an airplane? The fish should be fine due to fish being shipped via air all the time. It would just be a carry on pet.

Need to check with your individual airline but the last guy on here who said they tried it got shut down at security. The whole liquid restriction rule.

Frontier Airlines says I can if the fish is in a clear plastic sealed container. So, bag a fish, put the bag in the container, and i'd be good.

Good luck.
