Cool. So now they can fondle you and your fish. Lol. Call peta in case they want to do a cavity search on the fish.

ummmmm.... hopefully their default signature doesn't apply to policy information.

You wouldn't think so but with "tha govment" you never know.

I would try and document all the info you can on paper and take it all with you to the check point and gate. I would even carry a species profile with pics of the fish you are bringing to be extra safe on id and legality.

I'm shocked.
That policy didnt help the other member who tried to bring his fish aboard...No one seems to be on the same page at the airport.

I don't mean to sound negative or anything, but TSA agents don't seem to be the sharpest knives in the drawer... I have 20 bucks that says that they will find a reason to shut you down.

I knew someone who had printed the page allowing it from the tsa website and a printed email similar to the one you just posted and gate security shut them down. The same person had been able to do it at the same airport before. Depends on the $7/hour tsa agent you get and how much they want to prove how powerful they are.

I hope you get your fish through without any BS. I would do it. Heck pack an air pump ( battery powered) in carry on as well with some prime and your golden for a few hours just starve the fish before the trip. Lol.

An airpump going through an Xray screening machine might raise a little suspicion.
