he's about 7", and is in with 3 others in a 120 gal, some might be females, some might not.
The subordinate males tend to mimic females until the alpha is removed or dies, then they change almost overnight.
I had just the 4 Paratilapia in the tank at first, and the females stayed hidden, after adding a half dozen xCichlasoma bocourti they lost the timidity.
