It is actually very yood. Bulls i mean. Cows have no balls except in city folks' minds

hmmm... cow balls and bull tits?
;)

99.9% of the time, they're weanling calf huevos. if a bulls' must be taken, they aren't thrown in the dinner bucket. too tough.

Fine. Rocky mountain oysters. Who's had em?

I've had them a couple times, most recently at the Tumalo Feed Company, just this side of Bend. They are good, kind of like a thin, tender chicken-fried steak. It is worth stopping in there some time, besides the cow-balls, everything is excellent. Good grub.

Note to self: to get a reaction from pet spoiler, the food must be fit to go on bizarre foods.
calf huevos are less commonly available because ranchers cook em up for themselves ASAP...
unlike wrinkled chicken feet with claws :shakehead

Exactly! We keep them!

They never reach the city markets....

Unlike chicken, clawed, disgusting, feet :)

I've had cow tongue on accident once. Didn't know what it was. Asked my mom what this delicious meat was. She told me, and I didn't take another bite.

I'll never eat it again. After found out what it was then i realised how different the texture was i got grossed out. Ranks right up there with feet .
