Ears just my ears. I was given an awesome pair of plugs as a gift but I needed to go up about 1/4" and I've been working two months with ptfe tape and I'm just a hair away.

Have you tried stretching using silicone eyelets that are the size you want to end up at? You can fold them to get them in and they will stretch out your ears as they go back to their original shape.
