I appreciate the kind words from everyone.
I understand where everyone is coming from but once the money was out of my hand they were my fish and I was responsible for their safety back home. foremost , the day before when I texted the guy I asked him if all of the fish were in the same tank and he said yes. I said ok great I am just bringing one BIG tub. when I pulled up to his house he came outside seen the tub and I had it filled with fish water from my set up and he said " your not gonna just throw them into that water right? that will only stress them out" I said no im draining this and filling it up with your water he watched me as my tub drained, while knowing my intention. when my tub was almost empty I said okay let me see what im dealing with. as we went inside he told me he way over filled his sump because he knew I was coming. the tub had about 2 & 1/2" of his water in the tub when we caught the goonch and I carried the tub I used to get him to the tub outside and got him in the Rubbermaid, the water barely covered his back. when I went back inside he took my pump out of his tank and said that's it , that's all the water you can have. I was astounded because I had three other fish to catch. the guy wanted me to get water from my Rubbermaid to get the rest of the fish. meanwhile the guy was pissed off that he had to take his decorations out of the tank to catch the fish . well anyways I got all of my fish into the tub, that is the 24" tsn 21"goonch 13" dorado and a 13" ornate and I asked the guy. you cant spare anymore water? of course he said no because he did not want to let his pump to run dry. so I said you can unplug the pump and give me a little more water to ensure the fishes safety. he said he is not going to be bothered with it. he offered to give me straight tap water. I replied with you can just add a little water to your tank and not stress the fish anymore. the guy refused to do so. the guy was angry that I was wanting water so I filled up my bucket I had and added about 10 gallons of tap water the fish were now atleast covered. I closed mytub got in my car and left that dudes house and went to try my luck at a local gas station down the street and I used cups to fill my bucket with tempered water because it would not fit in the sink. but I got the water to the Rubbermaid after letting it set with declor for a few minutes I ultimately added another 30 gallons of water and the gas attendants were happy to help and were surprised I was going through so much for some fish but I got the fish home safe that's all that matters. im sorry my father got a little upset, he was typing without thinking, everything ended up working out fine just a big ordeal over a silly unnecessary problem
thank you all, anyone is welcome to come check out the fish and the set up
