I have a couple of tanks and a pond of 1375 us gallons. I'm gonna put the fish in my 120 to the pond. So when the fish gets bigger I can put it to pond with my trimacs and green terrors. So space wouldn't be a problem. But I'm thinking to go for a jaguar, it's difficult to find a wolf here anyway.

My male Jag in 120 gallon.... A great fish I think for that size tank...
However I got to admit if I had 300 plus gallons to use I would go with a Dovii....
The thing in your case is a jag may work better anyway if you plan on putting him in the pond with what you already got...

Thank you. I also had a male long ago. may be 8" or 9" inches. It was a real beast, killed almost everything in the pond till it was separated.That pond was about a half of the current one. Then to the separated 120, I added a 6" convict as I felt pity for jaguar as it was alone. They were fine in the day time, but in the morning I found the convict seriously beaten by jaguar. He didn't make it. It was one of the biggest albino convicts I ever had.
My jaguar was a night killer.
I like to know what others prefer from those. What would you choose, if it is only one you get?
