These threads generally attract people who purchase cars that they /want/, versus cars that they need, though.
Hopefully I really don't have to point out the difference between 'I don't have one because I do not need it' versus 'your culture is backwards and underdeveloped'. What kind of response would be expected for the second remark? More importantly, what do you expect to gain by it? Raising awareness only works if your target isn't irritated by how the message was delivered.
