How rare is a white convict with white bars?

That's definitely a first. Never seen anything like it before.
Curious, what is the lineage history of the parents? Are there HRP housed near or with the pair?
I have seen amphilophus females bar like this during breeding.
Side note: after a few generations of line breeding convicts, I believe the 3rd or 4th generations tend to create a very blue based convict, but have seen that in only black convicts.

Right on... they are siblings to these parents so they should throw some white colors also. Be sure to post them if you get some oddballs.
Yup! Lol I wanted to see how many were out there like this one because breeding fish is what I do. I will try my hardest to get a line of these going.

Thanks for your input. All I know about these guys is that my lfs orders from Seagrest. I'm thinking these came from there but he does also take trade ins. So I will go by there soon and ask. I never thought there would be a "another" look for a convict but here we are. Also Im still wanting to see or even here about an albino convict! Anybody?
