Apparently its ground corn kernels. Lol but its boiled in hot water and served similar to a bowl of oatmeal. Real good stuff

If you really want to try it its typically in the cereal aisle with oatmeal or granola bars/pop tarts. Should be no more then 2 bucks

yes dehydrated corn ,, boil on stove or do instant.. thats what I DO ,although reg. is way better... WAFFLE HOUSE HAS GOOD GRITS
