Can you tell me, which prepared, brand name food, best prevents bloat, and maintains the best vitality and health?

When I was keeping Africans I mostly used Omega 1 flakes with no problems.

Always fed my mbuna NLS pellets and spirulina 20 flake they were raised from an inch to 4" or so.

Good choice. And I would suggest, if you have a lot of them, buy the 5lb tub online. It is a ridiculously cheaper route to go.
