getting potentially lethal cancer and then treatments is not even "the same result".
as far as appearance, also may not have the same 'reconstructive' options with cancer present.
She can pay for the best. that starts before mastectomy, during, and will look normal. not many people have that kind of choice. Insurance coverage & the patients' finances usually decide the outcome.
