Well its definitely been a while since i updated this thread, so here are just a few quick update shots of the babies that have since grown up in this tank... although they are all still relatively small but the colors / patterns have developed quite well...

^ Thanks, my aim with this tank is just to breed as many decent quality CRS as i can, so i thought better to go big right :)

nice , but i think you should hide the heater behind the stem plants , whats the temp on your set-up ?
 
^ i know the heater is ugly as sin, normally i would take it out in the summer months, but seen as im trying to keep temps stable at around 22'C - 25'C i've kept it in there, since im trying to keep my shrimps breedig...

notice you are from HK ,quite a number of good aquascaper from there
 
Yup, and i was / am lucky enough to know a couple of guys that are pros at planted tanks over here too...

In fact the planted tank phase really hit HK hard quite a few years back and a lot of store owners here have come in the top 3 for ADA competitions over the years...

The guy that actually taught me a lot about setting up my tanks actually came first in the XL tank category and got a few 2nd and 3rd places prizes fir his smaller tanks :)
