OK, all you techies out there....I need some advice: I have a note-taking app on my Kindle that did an update and reset my password. Tells me it sent me an email with the reset info. I never got the email. I went into Amazon, changed my email address just in case, and still haven't gotten the email. SO I went to the company's site and before I can get any tech support, they want me to, you guessed it, reset my password....Any suggestions?
Bang your head against a wall in frustration because it will be less painful than dealing with tech support to get it fixed.

Not gonna lie, pretty much what happened....
I checked my spam folder. There was nothing but a bunch of solicitations from "lonely housewives looking for love." haha
And I called Best Buy yesterday cuz my Ipad was supposed to ship and be here today and I didn't get an email. The lady looked it up for me, said it was coming from someplace in MN and that it would be here today. I check my email this morning for the missing emails and lo and behold! there's my Best Buy email! It shipped at 6:30 last night from freakin Ohio!!
I WANT IT NOWWWW!!!! 
You won't survive my household Kelly. I have no iPad and my son's access to iPhone and WII is strictly limited to the weekends.
