I've never heard of the Wagyu...how does it compare with Kobe?
 
Good meat only requires a good grill and a lot of salt, imho.

Kobe is one kind of Wagyu cattle. I don´t know how to explain it in english.
Kobe is Wagyu and Sanda is Wagyu and Mishima is Wagyu. Kobe is just the most famous Wagyu in the west. You understand what i mean?

Porterhouse because its two steaks in one, a tender loin and New york strip and I like mine medium.

Isn't tbone like that too? Isn't tbone the fillet and strip?
I don't know steaks or know what's good. I mostly eat cheapy steaks or fast fry. But tbone is my favourite really the only one I can recall what it tastes like

My favorite is a well marbled ribeye lightly seasoned with and grilled medium-rare/medium, and I keep my steak sauce in the store because if you cook it properly you shouldn't need any sauce.
