I demand justice for Daniel AdkinsJr

Hello; I read the Phoenix News Times story in the link you provided. The article states that Jude is being charged. He will likely go to trial or some other procedure and a legal judgement will follow. Is this the form of "justice" you want or the more personally defined "justice" so many seem to seek?
Yes,pretty much what I said in my post.I'm just wondering why you chose that title for this thread?

Guy shoots an unarmed person. Got off under the Hold your Ground law, wasn't even arrested. At least Zimmerman had been attacked, the other guy didn't even lay a finger on his shooter. Why is it not any different? Guy shoots an unarmed person, essentially murder.

Not sure what you mean, according to the article you linked to Jude was charged with second-degree murder.

Add AZ to the list of states never to visit...

Somebody almost hits me with a car, I yell at them and they shoot me dead. Reasonable reaction.

Maybe we could lock Zimmerman and this guy together in a cell and see who defends themselves first.

Back in the day people fought for various reasons, and one person would win and one would lose and that was the end of it. Now a days cowards look for the smallest reasons to pull their guns and shoot someone else and its ridiculous.

x2 I agree....are we headed back to the wild west or what?

It's sad someone else is shot in what I see ( IMO and not seeing the evidence ) should have been the one drawing all the outrage.it has people to witness it,shooter safe in a car.would it not be easier and faster to push down the gas instead of pick up a gun, aim, fire.the Z case atleast happened with people in reach of each other, bodily harm to the shooter,no safety of a car.why so many choose to get so passionate over a case with so little direct evidence instead of one with clearly a lot more confuses me.

Revenge and justice are two different things. Justice is being served. Real life also doesn't get settled in 30 minutes.

Hopefully that wannabe thug gets the sentence he deserves. That was not proper use of a firearm and not self defense from what I've read. If he had rolled up the window, locked the door and the guy still came through then I'd say it was justified, but the available information paints a different picture. We'll see how the case pans out.
