I hate seeig a thread like this. I payed no attention to the zimmerman case nor did i care. Yes its sad a young man lost his life but he himself mad a mistake using physical action. This posted story where a youg man pulls a gun out and makes up a bs story is sad. He and his girl had enough time to make up their lie. Its sad to see this country being pulled apart by race due to the media and the people getting caught up in it. This country is also allowing weapons to too many people who have may have the right tk own one but arent mentally able to. I have multiple guns and would never think about pulling the trigger on another being unless i was absolutely certain it had to be done. It takes a quick and capable mind to make that split decision when needed. This kid wasnt capable of doing that and just pulled the trigger.

Well, the media is controlled by the government, ask yourself if the numbers don't make sense, if many things aren't covered by the media, who benefits from these stories that actually are covered and indeed how do they benefit? Follow the bread crumbs and study history and ask yourself why would a government want a country so divided? We, the people, are all losing here by falling for it like sheep.

The point is that guy shot and used the stand your ground law like they used in the Zimmerman case. You can't charge someone with manslaughter if it does not fit the definition of manslaughter. The point I was trying to make with this thread is that there have been many cases like the Trayvon case but no one has said a thing. Why is the Trayvon case so huge but others swept under the rug? People need to educate themselves about the laws out there and do some research as well.
All I wish is that people understand that there has been other cases like the Trayvon case. Look it up. The reason why Zimmerman and others got off is the Stand your Ground law coupled with the fact you can't charge a person with a crime unless it fits the definition exactly. People should be fighting to have this law removed instead of being ignorant and claiming this all comes down to race.
Cops are trained to spot what they think are troublemakers. I was harassed alot when I was younger because I had long hair
Yes its true some people will pull the race card to use it to their advantage, but racial profiling happens all of the time. These steps don't work for everyone.
Sadly, we actually can not. I strongly wish we could though.
